Is inflammation holding you back from losing fat?
Well, it might be…!
First things First! There are two different types of inflammation:
1). Acute- Happens with injury and is short term. Pain, redness, swelling, heat.
2). Chronic- untreated causes of acute inflammation,body is in a constant state of alert. This causes a wide range of symptoms. Some symptoms are:
- Frequent infection
- GI issues
- Weight gain/loss
- Body pain
- Mood disorders
With either type, you must get to the root cause! The root cause could be your stress, past trauma, medications, strict dieting, bacteria overgrowth, metals, parasites, antibiotic use, poor diet etc.
For example gluten can trigger any autoimmune issue, that is causing your inflammation, BUT there maybe more than one trigger! I know it's frustrating, but with that and a unique protocol, you can start to feel (and look) better
So, how do you reduce inflammation?
- Mediterranean diet/more whole foods
- Sauna (help sweat toxins out)
- Dry brushing ( great for the lymphatic system)
- Get sunshine
- Epsom salts baths (love doing these!)
- Adding in Turmeric/Curcumin
- Cleaner makeup and cleaning products
- Drink water
- Movement (shoot for 30min a day!)
All of these help.
All in all if your gut is inflamed it will slow digestion down, then you're unable to get the toxins/bacteria out then that affects your thyroid and adrenals, when that happens fat loss is stalled it's a domino effect!
